Booking
How do I book Mahdood for an event?
Use the contact form or email directly. Include your event date, venue, expected audience size, and any technical details. I'll get back to you within 48 hours.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 3–4 weeks for smaller events, and 2–3 months for festivals or larger productions. Earlier is always better — dates fill up fast.
Do you travel for shows?
Yes. Travel and accommodation costs are discussed during booking. For international shows, reach out early so logistics can be sorted.
Live Setup
What gear do you use live?
The live rig is built around an MPC Live 2 and a piano — no laptop on stage. Loops and samples are performed and layered in real time, so every show sounds a little different.
What does the venue need to provide?
A stereo DI feed into the PA, a monitor mix, and a stable power supply. A full tech rider is available on request.
How long is a typical set?
Sets run 45–90 minutes depending on the event. Shorter DJ-style sets and longer headline sets are both available — mention your needs when booking.

Where can I listen to your music?

How would you describe your sound?
It sits somewhere between jazz, electronic, and ambient — piano-led compositions built with live sampling and MPC production. Warm, textured, and improvised.

What should I expect at a live show?
A fully live performance — no backing tracks, no laptop. Melodies are played on piano, loops are built on the MPC in real time, and the set evolves differently each night.
